Upon arrival on Monday, you will be transferred from the Marrakech airport to your hotel. The rest of the day is up to you and you can make use of the free time to explore Marrakech at your ease. There are many ideas that you’ll enjoy doing such as spending an amazing time at Djemaa El Fna square and browse the Marrakech market places. A welcome meeting will be held at 19:30 to get to know the rest of the troop
After enjoying your delicious breakfast you’ll head over to the amazing Gardens that are just a short drive away from the hotel. The name Majorelle came from the French artist who designed this wonderful jewel ‘Jacques Majorelle’ between 1920-1930. This true artist designed this masterpiece by using a distinctive colour that made his previous works look incomparable to this piece of art. This garden has been owned by the famous Yves Saint Laurent since 1980 and a wonderful goodbye was given to this man as his ashes were scattered over this place in 2008. The exotic plants and trees this marvellous garden has are a part of an extensive collection and home to more than 10 species of birds. And if you are fond of museums there is a recently opened museum that’s dedicated to Yves Saint Laurent himself and his work. Please note that the entrance fee is not included and you will have to pay an amount of 100Dirhams per person if you would like to enjoy this Museum.
In the afternoon you’ll meet up with the rest of the troop who are making their way here from Casablanca before starting a guided tour of Marrakech. This wonderful city will leave you in a beautiful awe with its monuments and the wonderful Djemaa El Fna Square. Browse the souk and enjoy this wonderful city on the second day and we promise that you’ll never get bored while in Morocco.
In the evening you will get to meet our specialist local astronomer who will provide you with a full of information presentation after a delicious dinner about the Meteor showers and what to hope you could see on this amazing day.
After leaving this city in the early morning you will enjoy a very relaxing drive passing by the High Atlas Mountains and going through the amazing Tizi n Tichka pass, you will stop for a delicious Moroccan lunch and enjoy the scenery while doing so. After that you’ll keep on enjoying the scenery as you head towards Ait Benhaddou where you’ll get the opportunity to view some ancient fortified Casbahs that were built for defence purposes and that are considered art in the way these buildings are structured, this amazing place was home to some blockbuster movies such as Gladiator and Laurence of Arabia. You will then continue to Ourrzazate which is also a director-favourite spot and is home to some great shootings such as the Mummy and Game of Thrones
Following an enjoyable dinner you will head outside and gaze up at the marvellous sky as our astronomy guide will guide you through what you’re going to witness.
In the morning you will begin your journey into the vast sahara with countless high palm trees and gorgeous gorges. Leaving Ourrzazate there’s a chance you’ll get to visit the Kasbah of Amherdhil in Skoura before arriving at the wonderful Todra Gorge, this 1000ft godly miracle is compared to the Grand Canyon, and frankly it deserves that naming as it is gorgeous in its scenery and makes you feel inner peace when you gaze into this wonderful land. After wandering in this magnificent place you’ll hit the road heading for Merzouga and stopping at our base. Depending on the weather you could have a relaxing swim before joining the lovely companions that are waiting for you to give you the tour of your life. Watch the beautiful sunset as you wander through the vast Sahara before arriving at our Secure and private Berber camp in the middle of the desert, here you will enjoy Moroccan meals and get cozy with the starlit skies and the warm bonfire.
Morocco is gorgeous every time of the year, however, this time its ‘especially’ special, as the 13th of December coincides with the gemenids meteor shower and gives an amazing and heavenly effect, this place, in fact, was being observed for over 500 years. Our local astronomer guide will provide all the necessary information and will give you the science behind this amazing phenomenon, seeing a meteor shower is all you need to see in order to unwind and feel more relaxed!
With an early rise you will climb back on your camels and leaving the desert while looking at the gorgeous sunrise. You will be given enough time to freshen up before having breakfast in Merzouga. Back on the road and heading to fes, yes its a long ride and we guarantee that you’ll enjoy every minute as we will make frequent stops and you’ll have the chance to see amazing sights and gorgeous views. We will make a stop at ifrane, a gorgeous little town that looks like the swiss alpine resort. Travelling across the mountains, we are certain that you’ll enjoy the road before arriving to Fes in the early evening.
This gorgeous medieval city is known with its cacophony of aromas and its gorgeous little medina. In the morning you’ll enjoy a guided tour of Fes el Bali ( The old Fes) make sure that you’re close to the group as this place has more than 9000 alleys that often lead to dead ends. You will also visit the dye-pits before grabbing a hefty lunch in the medina. The rest of the day is a free day where you can a class on how to make the famous Moroccan Tagine or get entertained at any restaurant in town. Please note that in order to do that you have to pay locally
Leaving Fes in the morning you will visit the UNESCO-listed ruins that date to AD40 in roman times. After that you’ll make a stop at Meknes which is known with its impressive buildings and culturally rich monuments. After lunch you’ll have free time before making our last stop for the day arriving to the capital of Morocco, Rabat.
You will take a guided tour of Rabat in the morning and visit the capital’s highlights that include a complex of ancient and medieval ruins and also the amazing Chellah, the mausoleum of Mohammad V is also something worth visiting. After a delicious and Moroccan made lunch you’ll continue to Casablanca where you’ll visit the Hassan II Mosque that happens to be the third largest mosque in the world. After your visit you will bid farewell to your fellow travellers before continuing to Marrakech for the night.
On Tuesday, your Morocco tour ends after checking out, we’ll miss you, and we hope to see you again!

Your passport must be valid for atlas six months in order to enter Morocco. Please make sure that you stamp your passport once you’re in Morocco. That will allow you to stay for up to 90 days. Entry fees are not charged.

If you are to cancel your tour, your cancellation request must be written, either via fax or email.
In some cases, you are entitled to a partial refund. A standard fee will apply, as it is clearly outlined on your receipt, and Signature Morocco must receive your original voucher before your refund applies.
The following scale of charges will be applied if you cancel your tour prior to the balance due date:
- More than 40 days : 10% deposit retains + transaction fee.
- More than 30 days: 25% of the total will be charged.
- More than 15 days: 50% of the total will be charged.
- More than 08 days: 75% of the total will be charged.
- 7 days or less : 100% of the total will be charged.
No-show cases will not yield a refund.
You will be refunded once Signature Morocco has received the funds back from its suppliers (i.e. hotels, transport companies, service providers)

Reservations also help us determine what you might need. Otherwise, Signature Morocco will not be able to ensure that its tours to remain manageable and joyous.
You will be notified if the tour changed due to unwanted circumstances.
